New Online Doctorate in Public Health Launched at University of Kentucky

The University of Kentucky has launched a new online Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program, designed for experienced professionals seeking to advance their skills and careers. Recently introduced through UK Online and offered by the College of Public Health, the new program provides the flexibility to pursue the terminal degree in public health while continuing to work or meet other obligations.

What is the DrPH Program About?

The Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) is a terminal professional degree and the highest credential attainable in the field of study. The program equips students with senior-level expertise in areas such as leadership, policymaking, communication, and applied health practices. Graduates will be prepared to tackle real-world public health issues and drive sustainable, evidence-based solutions. The program is designed for experienced professionals who are interested in addressing complex population health challenges, such as shaping policies, leading organizations, and improving population health across communities.
