DL Compliance Team

The UK Distance Learning Compliance Team ensures compliance related to out-of-state educational activities and state licensure requirements for all academic programs at the University of Kentucky, regardless of modality. In partnership with colleges and programs, the team oversees the university’s inventory of state licensure programs, conducts state authorization and licensure research, and manages associated data, publications, as well as licensure disclosures. Additionally, the team coordinates the multi-departmental Distance Learning Global Compliance Research Group (GCRG) and leads global compliance research, workflows, and publications for distance education activities.
