A Virtual Visit to the Faculty Media Depot

 

UK Online’s Alex Cutadean recently conducted a live virtual tour for faculty support colleagues on campus, afterward editing the resulting video into an archived virtual tour, which may be found in our Training & Events on-demand library. Alex literally walks through the FMD to give viewers a feel for its resources, discusses the consultative nature of the work that is accomplished there, and takes questions from the live viewers.

 

The FMD features a collaborative effort among UK Online instructional designers and academic media experts to provide as little or as much support as needed on site in the studio or at a distance via web conferencing and other tools.
